KRS 224.50-135: Review requirement for proposed change in use of permitted site or

facility.

If a hazardous waste site or facility that has been permitted under KRS 224.50 -130 for

treatment, storage, or disposal of any of the substances identified in KRS 224.50 -130(2)

proposes to utilize the facility for the treatment, storage, or disposal of other waste, the

proposed change shall be subject to review under KRS 224.46 -520(1) and KRS 224.50 -

130.
