KRS 224A.240: Self-dealing prohibited.

No member, officer, or employee of the authority shall be financially interested, directly

or indirectly, in any contract of any person with the authority, or have an ownership

interest in any firm or corporation interested directly or indirectly in any contract with the

authority.
