KRS 227A.130: Penalties for violation of KRS 227A.020.

Any person who violates or aids in the violation of any provision of KRS 227A.020 shall

be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than five hundred

dollars ($500) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or sentenced to ja il for not

less than ten (10) nor more than one hundred eighty (180) days, or both.
