KRS 229.240: Peace officers to prevent unauthorized shows.

All peace officers, who are informed or who have reason to believe that a show in

violation of this chapter or administrative regulations promulgated in accordance with

this chapter is taking place or will be taking place within their jurisdiction, shall

suppress and prevent it. For this purpose any peace officer may enter any place

where a show is being or will be held or where there is training or preparation for a

wrestling show and may arrest without a warrant any person who does not submit

satisfactory proof that he or she has the license or permit required by this chapter.
