KRS 230.366: Person claiming interest in unclaimed ticket may file claim after payment

to racing and gaming corporation.

Any person claiming an interest in any unclaimed pari -mutuel ticket which has been paid

or surrendered to the corporation in accordance wi th KRS 230.361 to 230.373 may file

his or her claim to it at any time after it was paid to the corporation.
