KRS 230.373: Limitations for persons under disability.

Any holder of unclaimed pari -mutuel tickets affected by KRS 230.361 to 230.373 under

disability shall have five (5) years after the disability is removed in which to take any

action or procedure or make any defense allowed to one sui juris.
