KRS 230.785: Access for review and audit of hub operator -- Audited financial

statements.

The corporation or its staff shall, upon request, be given access, for review and audit, to

all records and financial information of the hub operator, including all acco unt

information. The corporation may require that the hub operator annually submit to the

corporation audited financial statements.
