KRS 230.823: Employee of sports wagering or service provider licensee prohibited from

wagering.

(1) An employee of any track shall not wager or be paid a prize from any wager placed

with that sports wagering licensee or placed online via a website or mobi le

application with a service provider licensee that has an agreement with that sports

wagering licensee.

(2) An employee of any service provider licensee offering sports wagering through an

agreement with a track shall not wager or be paid a prize from an y wager placed

with that track or placed online via a website or mobile application with a service

provider licensee that has an agreement with that track.
