KRS 233.090: Injunction not to issue if owner tries to prevent nuisance.

No injunction shall issue against an owner, nor shall an order be entered requiring any

premises to close or be kept closed, if the owner and his agent have in good faith

attempted to prevent those premises from being used as a house of prostitution.
