KRS 234.160: Deposit and disposition of fees.

All moneys collected under the provisions of KRS 234.100 to 234.160 shall be paid into

the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the Department of

Housing, Buildings and Construction solely for the administration and enforcem ent of

KRS 234.100 to 234.160 and 234.990.
