No dealer shall sell or deliver kerosene, coal oil, fuel oil, stove oil, range oil, furnace oil

or other Class B liquid except from a container having the name of the liquid sold plainly

marked or labeled on the container, or on the pump or delivery equipm ent serving such

container.
