KRS 235.060: Issuance of licenses by county clerk and by department.

All original, renewal and duplicate licenses for the operation of motorboats shall be

issued by the county clerk in the county in which the motorboat is registered, except the

department shall issue manufacturers' and dealers' registrations and registratio ns for

federal and state agencies.
