All moneys collected under the provisions of KRS 235.080, 235.130, and 235.220, except

that specified for distribution to the county clerks or Transportation Cabinet, shall be paid

into the State Treasury in the manner prescribed by law and credited to a special fund

known as the fish and game fund under separate restricted fund account not commingled

with funds received under KRS Chapter 150 and maintained according to generally

accepted accounting principles.
