KRS 236.090: Examination.

Examination for a certificate of competency or a national board commission for boiler

inspectors or special boiler inspectors shall be in writing and shall be given and

monitored by the boiler inspection section of the division. Examinations are given on t he

first Wednesday and Thursday of the months of March, June, September and December

of each year. The record of an applicant's examination shall be accessible to said

applicant and his employer.
