KRS 237.090: Disposition of forfeited firearm or ammunition.

Any firearm or ammunition forfeited pursuant to KRS 237.060 to 237.090 shall, upon

order of a court of competent jurisdiction, be disposed of or retained as provided in KRS

500.090.
