KRS 242.260 and 242.280 shall not apply to the transportation of alcoholic beverages

through dry or moist territory to a point in some other state, or to a point in this state

where alcoholic beverages may be lawfully sold; or to the receipt or acceptance by a

common carrier from a manufacturer for transportation to a point in another state or to a

point in this state where alcoholic beverages may lawfully be sold.
