KRS 242.340: Action to enjoin nuisance.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) Any Commonwealth's attorney, county attorney or private citizen may maintain an

action in equity in the name of the state to enjoin any nuisance described by KRS

242.310.

(2) No bond shall be required in instituting proceedings under this section.
