KRS 243.0811: Persons delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis -infused beverages by

the package on behalf of licensee -- Requirements.

(1) Any person delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis -infused beverages by the

package at retail on behalf of a licensee shall not sell to:

(a) A minor under twenty-one (21) years of age; or

(b) An intoxicated person.

(2) Any person delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis -infused beverages on behalf

of a retail package licensee or cannabis -infused beverage retail lic ensee to an

individual consumer shall verify that the recipient is at least twenty -one (21) years

of age by requiring the production of a valid identification document as defined in

KRS 241.010.

(3) Any person delivering alcoholic beverages or cannabis -infused beverages by the

package at retail on behalf of a licensee shall possess a physical or electronic

version of the license issued by the department.
