KRS 243.117: Placement of resealed bottle of wine during transport.

If a patron removes a resealed bottle of wine from the premises of a restaurant as

provided for in KRS 243.115, any resealed bottle of wine that is transported in a motor

vehicle shall be placed in a locked glove compartment or the trunk or other area that is

not a passenger area under KRS 189.530(5).
