KRS 244.150: Licensee to keep records.

Each licensee shall keep and maintain upon the licensed premises, or make readily

available upon request of the department or the Department of Revenue, adequate books

and records of all transactions involved in the manufacture, distribution, or sale of

alcoholic beverages and all transactions involved in the distribution or sale of cannabis -

infused beverages, in the manner required by administrative regulations of the department

and the Department of Revenue.
