KRS 244.250: Producer or wholesaler not to furnish sign to licensee except under

administrative regulations.

No distiller, rectifier, winery, or wholesaler shall furnish or cause to be furnished to any

licensee any exterior or interior sign, printed, painted, el ectric or otherwise, except as

authorized by the administrative regulations of the board.
