KRS 246.290: Nonliability of United States and Secretary of Agriculture.

The United States and the Secretary of Agriculture thereof, shall be held free from

liability by virtue of the transfer of the assets to the Commissioner of Agriculture of the

State of Kentucky pursuant to KRS 246.270 to 246.290.
