It shall be unlawful for any person to open, cause to be opened, carry on, conduct or

operate as owner, proprietor or employee any gambling device or game of chance within

the confines of the grounds of the Kentucky State Fair. Any person who violates any

provision of this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five

hundred dollars ($500) for each offense. Each day in which a gambling device or game of

chance is so operated shall be considered a separate offense. This section shall not apply

to the sale of lottery tickets sold under the provisions of KRS Chapter 154A.
