KRS 247.280: President and treasurer to file report.

The outgoing president and treasurer of a farm bureau shall by the date of the annual

meeting file with the county clerk full and detailed sworn reports of all receipts and

expenditures of the corporation, showing from whom the sums were received and to

whom they were paid, and for what purposes they were received or paid. A duplicate of

the reports shall be laid before the members at the annual meeting.
