KRS 247.4455: Association activity not considered restraint of trade.

No association meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of the provisions of KRS

247.4451 to 247.4483 and intended to benefit all of the producers of this agricultural

commodity shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.
