KRS 247.457: Association of producers not illegal.

No association meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of the provisions of KRS

247.450 to 247.505 and intended to benefit all of the producers, handlers and processors

of such agricultural commodity shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restrain t of

trade.
