KRS 247.477: Commissioner to supervise referendum -- Expenses.

The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of

KRS 247.450 to 247.505 shall be under the supervision and direction of the

Commissioner of Agriculture, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be

borne by co mmission, council, board or other agency certified in accordance with the

provisions of KRS 247.450 to 247.505.
