KRS 247.570: Assessment remitted to promotion board -- Records.

The assessment so deducted shall, on or before the fifteenth day of the month following

the end of the month in which such soybeans are sold to the purchaser, be remitted by the

purchaser to the promotion board. The books and records of all the purchasers of

soybeans shall at all times be open for inspection by the promotion board's collection and

compliance officer or the Commissioner of Agriculture or his duly authorized agents

during regular business hours.
