KRS 247.620: Association of producers not illegal or in restraint of trade.

No association meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of the provisions of KRS

247.610 to 247.685 and intended to benefit all of the producers, handlers, and processors

of bovine animals shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.
