KRS 247.645: Supervision of referendum by Commissioner -- Expenses.

The manner, conduct, and management of any referendum held under the provisions of

KRS 247.610 to 247.685 shall be under the supervision and direction of the

Commissioner of Agriculture, and any and all expenses in connection therewith shall be

borne by the association conducting the referendum.
