KRS 247.720: Association of producers not illegal.

No association meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of the provisions of KRS

247.710 to 247.785 and intended to benefit all of the producers, handlers, and processors

of burley tobacco shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.
