KRS 247.7902: Association of producers not illegal or in restraint of trade.

No association meeting or activity undertaken to carry out the provisions of KRS

247.7900 to 247.7928 and intended to benefit all of the producers, handlers, and

processors of porcine animals shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of

trade.
