KRS 247.7914: Effect of federal law on KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928.

(1) No assessment levied under KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928 shall be effective as long as

the Federal Pork Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act of 1985 is in

effect.

(2) If the federal act is terminated or suspended, any assessment levied under KRS

247.7900 to 247.7928 shall become effective and shall be collected and utilized

according to the provisions of KRS 247.7900 to 247.7928.
