KRS 247.850: Purpose.

It is declared to be in the interest of the public welfare that all handlers, dealers,

processors, wholesalers, and retailers of eggs shall be permitted and encouraged to act

jointly in promoting and stimulating the increased production, use and sale, dome stic and

foreign, of eggs through research, market development, and education.
