KRS 247.852: Activity not deemed restraint of trade.

No association meeting or activity undertaken in pursuance of the provisions of KRS

247.850 to 247.865 and intended to benefit all of the producers, retailers, and handlers of

eggs shall be deemed or considered illegal or in restraint of trade.
