KRS 249.090: Shipments to be accompanied by inspection certificate or license.

Whenever a resident nurseryperson or nursery dealer ships or delivers nursery stock, he

shall send on each package or shipment so shipped or delivered a printed copy of the

certificate or license issued to him by the state entomologist.
