KRS 250.416: Publication of information by director.

The director shall publish, at least annually, and in such forms as he may deem proper,

information concerning the distribution of fertilizers and results of analyses based on

official samples of fertilizer distributed within the state as compared with ana lyses

guaranteed under KRS 250.371 and 250.376.
