KRS 251.730: Evidence required to be produced when irregularities suspected.

  1. KRS Chapter 251

If irregularities are suspected, the department may issue subpoenas or subpoenas duces

tecum to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of books, documents and

records anywhere in the Commonwealth in any hearing affecting the authority or

privilege granted by a license, or to verify the accuracy of any books or records subject to

inspection under the provisions of this chapter.
