KRS 253.100: Transfer of branded animals in writing.

All persons selling livestock branded with their brand, or brand and mark, recorded in a

current state report or a supplement thereto, shall, upon request of a purchaser of such

livestock, execute a written transfer of ownership to the purchaser.
