KRS 257.250: Functions of deputy state veterinarian.

The deputy state veterinarian shall assist the state veterinarian in the enforcement of the

regulations of the board, and shall in the absence or incapacity of the state veterinarian be

executive agent of the board with the same duties and powers as the state veterinarian. He

shall devote his entire time to the duties of his office.
