KRS 258.075: Secretary for health and family services to administer rabies law.

The secretary for health and family services may administer the provisions of KRS

258.005 to 258.087 through the local health departments and may promulgate any

administrative regulations and employ such personnel as are necessary to effectuate the

purposes of KRS 258.005 to 258.087.
