KRS 258.087: Authorization to provide for more stringent regulation of rabies control.

Any city, county, urban-county, charter county, or consolidated local government may, by

the adoption of an appropriate ordinance or resolution, provide for more stringent

regulation of rabies control in dogs, cats, ferrets, and other animals than set fort h in KRS

258.005 to 258.087.
