KRS 260.620: Graded eggs -- Standards.

Eggs offered for sale as graded eggs shall conform to the standards prescribed in
administrative regulations adopted by the department. These standards shall conform to
the federal standards promulgated by USDA and FDA for grading eggs for sale.
