KRS 260.823: Calibration of bulk milk tanks.

Permitted producers' bulk milk tanks shall be accurately calibrated upon installation. Bulk

milk tank calibrations shall be evaluated for accuracy after January 1, 2001, by the

Kentucky Department of Agriculture or at the request of the director or the per mitted

producer.
