KRS 260.842: Meetings of board -- Advice to director.

(1) The board shall meet once annually, or when called into session by the chair, or

upon the request of the director, or upon the request of any two (2) or more

members of the board. Six (6) members present at a meeting shall constitute a

quorum.

(2) The boar d shall advise the director concerning policy and programs necessary to

implement or improve implementation of KRS 260.775 to 260.845.
