KRS 260.993: Penalty for violation of regulation adopted by Southern Dairy Compact

Commission. (Effective upon contingency.)

Any handler who violates a regulation adopted by the Southern Dairy Compact

Commission established in Article III of the Southern Dairy Co mpact set out in KRS

260.670 shall be subject to a penalty of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) per day. Each

day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
