KRS 261.220: Employment of inspectors and other personnel.

The Commissioner, with the specific approval of the board, shall employ such inspectors

and other employees as are necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. Their duties

shall be prescribed by the Commissioner and their compensation shall be determine d

under the provisions of KRS 64.640.
