KRS 261.240: Monthly reports of livestock received and sold.

The owner or operator of each stockyard or buying station shall file with the department,

at the beginning of each month, a sworn statement showing the exact number of livestock

received and sold at that stockyard or buying station during the preceding mon th. The

statements shall be made on forms furnished by the department.
