KRS 261.300: Payment of fees into revolving fund.

All license fees and all other fees collected under this chapter shall be paid into the State

Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for the use of the department in defraying the

expense of enforcing the provisions of this chapter and in conjunction w ith other funds

made available for the enforcement of the provisions outlined in KRS Chapter 257.
