KRS 261.380: Restriction on administrative regulations.

Where this section sits in the code

Notwithstanding any provision of the law to the contrary, the Department of Agriculture

shall not enact any administrative regulations prohibiting the rights of buyers of any

livestock to purchase the livestock.
